New Year’s Eve Escape to Luxury Getaway:
You’ll receive a warm welcome with a pre-dinner cocktail reception in the Bishop’s Parlour at 6.45pm, before being escorted to your table in Vespers to enjoy an exquisite New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu.
Our house pianist Siobhan Flanagan will provide background music from 7pm-9.30pm.
After dinner, you can relax in the lounge as the excitement builds to the countdown to midnight with our Piper bringing in the New Year, and a glass of bubbly. Retire at your leisure to your bedroom, and awaken to a full Irish breakfast on New Year’s Day.

Vespers is also open to non-residents and guests not on our New Year’s Eve Escape to Luxury Getaway package. Our culinary team has created an exquisite New Year’s Eve Taste Menu for our guests to enjoy at 7pm.
