Welcome to Vespers, one of Belfast’s finest restaurants and winner of Good Food Ireland’s Food Lover’s Choice Award 2024. Located in the luxurious settings of the five-star Culloden Estate and Spa, Vespers offers a gastronomic journey through Northern Ireland’s finest produce.
Under the direction of our talented Head Chef, Mark Begley, our culinary team has sourced the finest local and seasonal produce to create an exquisite array of contemporary Irish dishes, each with a unique Vespers twist.
Our elegant dining room, with its opulent decor and serene ambience, provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply seeking an exceptional dining experience, Vespers promises an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication.

Each of our menus is meticulously crafted with care and attention to detail to create a culinary experience that enthrals the tastebuds and delights the senses.

The current opening hours of Vespers are:
Breakfast
Monday to Friday 7am – 10am
Saturday to Sunday 7.30am – 10.30am
Dinner
Wednesday to Saturday 6pm – 8.45pm
Sunday 1pm – 3pm (Sunday Luncheon)
Afternoon Tea
Monday to Sunday 1.30pm – 3pm
